Clients may cancel within the 30‑day guarantee window. After 30 days, no cancellations or refunds will be granted

6.5 Disputes & Chargebacks

If a client initiates a dispute:

  • Paystack notifies us

  • We provide supporting evidence

  • The issuing bank makes the final decision
