REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
6.1 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
6.2 Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, the client must:
Have accessed and engaged with the course material, and
Allow us the opportunity to address concerns or assist with implementation.
6.3 How Refunds Are Processed
All refunds are processed manually by Synergyn Africa (PTY) LTD through Paystack.
Refunds are issued in full
No partial refunds
Funds are returned to the original payment method
Processing times depend on the client’s bank and Paystack
Systeme.io does not process refunds or hold funds.
6.4 Cancellations
Clients may cancel within the 30‑day guarantee window. After 30 days, no cancellations or refunds will be granted
6.5 Disputes & Chargebacks
If a client initiates a dispute:
Paystack notifies us
We provide supporting evidence
The issuing bank makes the final decision
Synergyn Africa accepts full responsibility for dispute resolution.
